Terms & Conditions Afroplug Creators

By registering as a Creator on Afroplug Platform, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms. Your registration constitutes an electronic signature that is legally binding under applicable laws.

1. Electronic Signature & Acceptance

By creating an account, you expressly agree that:

• Your registration acts as an electronic signature.
• You fully accept all Terms & Conditions of Afroplug Platform.
• You agree that these terms may be updated by Afroplug at any time.

Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Content Ownership & Rights

You certify that:

• You fully own, control, or have licensed all rights to every beat, sample, loop, preset, MIDI file, sound, artwork, or content you upload.
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights (copyrights, trademarks, likeness, etc.).

You grant Afroplug Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable license to:

• Host your content
• Display it on the marketplace
• Promote it
• Distribute it
• Sell it to customers

This license remains active until your account is formally closed by Afroplug administration.

3. Commission Structure

• You agree to Afroplug Platform’s commission on all sales.
• Afroplug may modify the commission rate at any time.
• Once a new commission structure is published, it applies automatically to all creators and all new sales.

4. No Right to Remove Products Yourself

You acknowledge that:

• Creators cannot remove, delete, deactivate, or hide their products on their own.
• For operational, legal, and financial reasons, only Afroplug Platform administration has the authority to remove products from the marketplace.

Any request for removal must be submitted to Afroplug and follows the internal process described below.

5. Account Closure & Product Removal Process

If you decide you no longer want to be part of Afroplug Platform:

• You must request an account closure through support.
• Afroplug will evaluate the request and initiate removal according to its internal operational timeline.
• Removal is not immediate and depends on:
  • pending payouts
  • customer access
  • legal obligations
  • reporting cycles
  • platform scheduling and workload

You acknowledge that:

• Afroplug determines the timing for product removal.
• Afroplug may temporarily retain your content until all necessary processes are completed.
• You cannot demand or enforce immediate removal of your catalog.

6. No Sudden Withdrawals or Disruptions

You agree that:

• You cannot abruptly remove your catalog.
• You cannot disrupt ongoing customer access, promotions, or platform operations.
• All removals are handled solely by Afroplug Platform, after account closure and based on our internal scheduling.

7. Liability & Indemnification

You agree to:

• Be fully responsible for all content you upload.
• Defend, indemnify, and hold Afroplug harmless from any claims, disputes, or damages arising from your content, including copyright violations.

Afroplug is not liable for:

• Loss of income
• Marketplace downtime
• Delays in removal
• Payment delays caused by third-party payment processors

8. Termination

Afroplug may suspend or terminate a creator’s account if:

• The creator violates these terms
• Copyright claims arise
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• The creator harms the platform or its users

Upon termination, Afroplug will remove products according to its internal timeline.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the platform’s jurisdiction of operation.

10. Final Agreement

By registering and using Afroplug Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and accepted all terms above.
• Your registration constitutes your legal, binding electronic signature.
