All products (loops, samples, plugins, templates, etc.) purchased from Afroplug or our partner sites, including Splice, FL Studio, Bandlab, Tracklib, LANDR, and Producers Sources, are royalty-free, allowing you to use them in your music productions without incurring any additional fees. However, we kindly request that you inform us at support@afroplug.com if our samples are featured in a successful track, hit, or placement with a major label, to ensure proper credit and potential sharing of publishing rights for our sound designers. While these products are non-exclusive and may be used by other producers, the intellectual property rights remain with Afroplug.

2. Newsletter Subscription

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive promotional offers, news, tips, and updates from Afroplug. You will regularly receive updates about our latest products, exclusive discounts, career-boosting advice, and special offers. 3. Refunds and Returns

We strive to deliver high-quality products; however, due to the digital nature of our items, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded. Please carefully review all product details before completing your purchase.

All products purchased from Afroplug are licensed exclusively for use in your music productions while the intellectual property rights remain with Afroplug and you are strictly prohibited from reselling redistributing or sharing the products as standalone items or as part of any sample pack or using the products in any unlawful activity or in projects that infringe upon copyright laws

5.AI & Data Scraping Clause

Prohibition on Artificial Intelligence Training and Data Mining: All audio content, including but not limited to samples, loops, stems, and beats provided on Afroplug, is the intellectual property of Afroplug and its creators. The use of any audio files or data from this website for the purpose of training, developing, or optimizing machine learning models, generative AI, or sound synthesis algorithms is strictly prohibited without an explicit, separate commercial license granted in writing by Afroplug. Furthermore, the use of automated systems or software to extract data (scraping) from this site for AI training purposes is strictly forbidden. Any unauthorized use will be considered a material breach of these terms and will be subject to legal action for intellectual property infringement.

11. Claims and Missing Downloads
