By accessing, downloading, or purchasing beats on Afroplug Beats, you agree to the following Terms & Licensing Conditions.

1. Free Downloads

The FREE download button remains unchanged.

Users must be logged in to download free beats.

If not logged in, users are redirected to Sign Up / Login.

Afroplug Beats collects and manages all customer emails.

Displayed notice:

“Free downloads require an Afroplug Beats account.”

Free download conditions:

Usage: Non-commercial use only

Any commercial use of a free beat is strictly prohibited without purchasing a paid license.

2. License Types & Rights

All licenses available on Afroplug Beats use standardized pricing and structure.

Basic License

Price: $19.99

File: MP3

Rights: Basic usage, non-exclusive

Credit required

Premium License

Price: $49.99

Files: MP3 + WAV

Rights: Extended usage, non-exclusive

Credit required

Unlimited License

Price: $99.99

Files: MP3 + WAV + STEMS

Rights: Unlimited usage, non-exclusive

Credit required

Exclusive License

Price: Set by Afroplug or via “Make an Offer”

File delivery: Private download link (Mediafire / Google Drive)

Rights: Full exclusive rights

Once sold, the beat is marked SOLD or removed from the marketplace.

Credit required.

3. Credit Requirement (All Licenses)

For all licenses, including Free and Exclusive, the following credit is mandatory:

“Prod. by [Producer Name]”

Failure to credit the producer constitutes a breach of license terms.

4. License Contract & Legal Responsibility

All licenses are generated using the Sonaar contract system.

Each license includes the following information:

Producer Name: [Producer Name]

Credit required: “Prod. by [Producer Name]”

Sold via: Afroplug Beats (www.Afroplug.com)

Copyright Responsibility:

The producer is responsible for the originality of the beat, all samples used, copyrights, and any copyright claims. Any copyright issue must be handled directly with the producer. Afroplug Beats does not own the beats and is not responsible for copyright disputes.

5. Accounts & User Data

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.

Afroplug Beats manages all customer data in accordance with applicable regulations.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of the products, no refunds or exchanges are provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

Afroplug Beats is not liable for copyright claims, legal disputes, or misuse of beats after purchase.

Afroplug Beats does not guarantee commercial success or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Platform Rights

Afroplug Beats reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
